The foundations are built directly on solid limestone rock with steel in foundations and supporting beams, columns, and foundations.

Terra cotta tiles on all roofs provide superior protection from rain, humidity, and heat. Low sloped hipped roofs allow for sea breeze and visual continuity. All tiles are anchored down and will not come off in strong winds.

Finishings

All the materials in the finishings are top quality-tiled floors, custom hardwood cabinets, bathroom fixtures, aluminum window frames, granite countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, mini split air conditions with individual temperature controls etc.

Technology

We find advanced methods to provide safe and comfortable living while using natural resources in the most efficient way. The entire house is air conditioned using a mini split system.
