Pool and club house
The common pool is bigger than in other developments considering the number of people living in the subdivision. It is 18 meters long (59 feet) and 13 meters (43 feet) wide. The club house is equipped with a kitchen, barbecue, bathrooms, and showers. There's also a thatched area for events.
Security
24/7 security and video surveillance make Residencial Marbella a safe place to live or stay. The access gates open via remote control or intercom. The security guard at the entrance can only open the gates by overriding the system in case of an emergency. The subdivision is surrounded by a 2.8 meter (9 foot) wall.
Commercial Area
The commercial area has a Mediterranean restaurant with café-bar and room service, an international deli, a full spa with wellness area, and a state of the art business center.
Concierge
A concierge will attend vacationers and assist them with their needs.
